All Natural Chicken
We source our chickens from local Midwest producers that don't feed the chickens with GMO products. These chickens are all natural, fresh chicken. We brine the drum + thighs for 48 hours before frying them up for maximum juiciness! Patties and strips are hand cut fresh daily, never from frozen.

We're located at the Downtown Market in the heart of Grand Rapids. Stop in and order something fresh from our menu or take some CAKE DONUTS to go! We have a daily selection that changes with flavors and toppings!
Fresh Ingredients
Along with our chicken, we source our brioche buns from a local in-state baker, Detroit Bread Co. They make the finest buns that complement our chicken well. We make majority of our sauces in house with unique twists. Our Nashville Hot chicken and Juju Butter is definitely something worth trying!
